Ken Mallinson & Sons Ltd is a family run firm founded in 1972 by Ken. His two sons, Andrew & Stephen joined the Business in 1979, running 3 operational vehicles.
Today, Stephen Mallinson is the Managing Director and oversees the running of the business. The traditional values on which his father built the business still remain: honesty, hard work, commitment & respect.
The 90 vehicles and 200 trailers are mainly deployed in the construction sector along with the retail & environmental sectors. Stephen has a team of highly experienced staff of over 140 which includes drivers, fitters & office staff who ensure the day to day running of the business meets our customer’s needs 24/7.
The Company’s ongoing success and expansion means that Ken Mallinson Transport can cater for clients locally, nationally as well as Internationally. High standards are continuously met by the company and have seen it become an award winning operation whose services are relied upon by a large satisfied customer base.
The Company’s active expansion plan will see the fleet grow to 140 vehicles by 2015 as well as continued promotion and investment into the Authorised Testing Facility.
